Mike Mingram has over 25 years of experience in the private and public accounting industry. His prospective from both sides of the accounting industry has provided him with the ability to effectively assist our clients with their accounting, auditing, management consulting, and tax compliance needs. Mike assists closely held companies in construction, auto dealerships, transportation, and professional service industries.

Mike is head of Lautze & Lautze's business valuation group. He has over 12 years of experience providing closely held businesses with their valuation needs. Valuation needs range from merger and acquisition to gift and estate planning to exit strategies and succession planning.

When he is not in the office, Mike enjoys golf, gardening and working on his vintage Austin Healey 3000.

In 1975, Mike received has B.S. in Accounting from San Jose State University. He also took advanced course work in taxation from Golden Gate University. In 2000, Mike received his accreditation in business valuation (ABV) from the Amercian Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
