Why are you passionate about your career choice?
I have the opportunity every day to exceed clients’ expectations, which is very rewarding.

What makes Lautze & Lautze an exciting place to work?
We have the expertise available to provide services to so many different industries and non-profits, which makes every day new and interesting.

Would you describe a “success story” related to client services?
I once had a client who was considered to be difficult. This had no impact on how I related to the client, but I did wonder if the client was truly satisfied with my efforts. My question was answered when the referrals began rolling in to the firm!

What are you up to when not at the firm helping clients?
You can find me traveling, reading, working in the garden, and socializing with friends.
