Dan Speaks Out!

Why are you passionate about your career choice?
I love meeting new people, and even more important I love helping people. Lucky for me, my career at Lautze & Lautze allows me to do both every day.

What makes Lautze & Lautze an exciting place to work?
When it comes to keeping current on the latest regulations and best practices, Lautze & Lautze always has its finger on the pulse. It keeps me fresh—and challenged.

Would you describe a “success story” related to client services?
I recently worked with some of my colleagues to help transfer a highly successful construction business to the next generation with minimal estate and gift tax costs by employing a creative mix of estate and gift planning strategies.

What are you up to when not at the firm helping clients?
I enjoy bird watching, mountain climbing, and participating in Century Bicycle rides including the ‘Death Ride’. I also enjoy reading a good book—and always look forward to meeting clients who share my love of literature.
