This program is built around the mentor/protégé relationship, which begins with sharing and leads to learning and then growing. The final step, if desired, is for a protégé to become a mentor for another colleague within the firm.

To ensure that the company’s Mentoring program is successful for both the mentor and the protégé, Lautze and Lautze has designed specific mentoring tips, included built-in checkpoints for review, and rotates mentors annually to ensure that new viewpoints and insights are always available throughout the career development lifecycle.
